After 24 Hours of Purchase
- If we receive a cancellation request after 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate it as the order processing will have already begun.
- Typically, products are printed within 1-2 days after the order is placed.
- Once the product has been printed, we cannot approve the cancellation request.
Exceptions
- If an order has been processed, printed, and shipped, it will follow the normal lifecycle process, and the standard return and refund policies will apply.
